As a child, Coach Ally grappled with inner turmoil, battling anorexia and searching for something that could anchor her.  She found that refuge in the boxing ring.  What began as survival quickly became transformation.  Thirteen years later, she’s not only an active amateur competitor but a dedicated coach with six years of experience, a USA Boxing Bronze Coaching Certification, and a mission rooted in purpose.  For the past three years, she has led Hit Like a Girl, a movement committed to smashing gender stereotypes and empowering women through a sport traditionally dominated by men.  Boxing changed her life — now she’s devoted to changing the lives of other women, helping them build strength, confidence, and a fighter’s mindset inside and outside the ring.
